One thing I do admire about Chinese meat is that ALL parts of the animals are used, and there’s no illusion about what you’re eating– no “beef” or “pork,” just cow meat and pig meat. Seafood is often purchased live, cooked whole, and served whole, head and tentacles and all.

Today we went into Boston for the Chinese New Year festival. We stopped by the C-Mart in Chinatown and took some pics:
